Zoe touchscreen not working

I’ve had a Zoe ZE50 GT Line delivered this week and the touchscreen is DOA. It just immediately switches to the message “System has been locked. Please go to the dealer.” once the car is on. This means I can’t use any of the infotainment or even look at the car status. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix that doesn’t involve waiting weeks for a dealer appointment? I’m not super happy to be paying a premium for features I can’t use!
