I think I had something similar recently I had to log out and back in again on the app
(I seem to have to do that from time to time anyway to keep the app synced with Onto anyway, for mileage, car locked/unlocked status…)
Got a hold of this bug impacting a few of you on iOS. A fix is on it’s way. Many thanks for raising the issue!
