Can anyone tell me if ONTO provide AA/RAC cover, can’t find any details in pack or website, or if we always have to phone helpline number? Due to do first longish journey but had a terrible experience last December with helpline when I had a puncture driving alone at night. Can anyone advise please?
You always need to call Driverline, as its OntO’s car, and has fleet cover…
Also depends on the car as it could be the AA or RAC depending on the manufacturer…

The one time I needed recovery the driver line didn’t answer. Was on hold for about 20 minutes. So I just called audi assistance directly.
Thank you, yes I had a long wait last time so good advice to keep manufacturer’s roadside assistance number on phone.
I’d say don’t bother tbh, I don’t think they have actual breakdown cover, I’m in a DS3 and when i broke down in the middle of the night in januythey just put me through to Citroen who arrange for RAC to pick me up 12 hours later.
I’d get if you can just get your own recovery (guy who came said get green flag)
