Pugeot app issues request for swap denied

Calling others who have an e208. Have others had issues with the app?

I have struggled to get the app to work at all with my new e208 which I have had since June. Peugeot have tried everything and nothing works.

I have previously had an e208 with no major issues with the app except for the occasional hiccup.

I called Onto customer care and asked that they just replace my e208 with another that is available currently but they refuse to do this without a swap fee being charged. It seems unfair to me to be charged a swap fee for a car that appears to be faulty.
