In the last couple of months I’ve had two emails from you.

One trying to book my vehicle in to have a tyre fixed weeks after it had already been resolved by Driveline.

Today I had an email saying you where going to bill me £30 for a PCN notice that I had in April and has already been paid :frowning:

Thanks for the feedback @Elgordano very much appreciated. Definitely sounds like a disconnect that we can learn from. We will take a look at what happened on both of your examples to see how we close those gaps.
