I haven’t had an email with an update of my queue position for a couple of months now. Is anybody still getting them?
Same here, although I’ve never received mine on an email, had to chase them via the chat.
I think onto must be having email issues they haven’t acknowledged or replied to emails for at least a fortnight
@Lily_at_Onto can you check the above and see if there is an email issue at your end as it seems quite a few people are not getting responses.
