I made my booking a week ago and I’ve not heard anything back from anyone.
I’ve attempted to call but everytime I press option 2 either of those options just ends up cutting off before speaking to anyone. I pressed option 1, they said they would transfer me but then the line went dead. I have sent an email but again no response? Is there an alternative number? I’m just using the one on the website!
The freephone number on the website is the only way of contacting ONTO. Webchat is not working at the moment, and email doesn’t always get a quick response! A shame when you’re trying to give them your money!
Keep trying the telephone. In the meantime, I’ll tag @Lily_at_Onto to see if she can come to your aid.
Thank you, I have tried using a different phone to make the call and so far seem to still be on the line, so fingers crossed!!
