What is the point in offering live chat if they just turn it off all the time, 2 days now it’s been off all day.
Yes, does not seem to be any better as I’ve just tried to start one, offline again or does this mean ‘we are all busy chatting with other people’?
If its busy it will put you in line to chat, and if they’re too busy it will just end the chat and disconnect after about half a hour. When you see that message it means there are no agents logged in and ready to chat at all.
IME, it was available in the mornings until around lunch time.
