Let down on delivery

I do realise things dont go to plan but my hyundai ioniq was supposed to be delivered between 9 and 1 today, i had a strange feeling when car had not moved.
After many calls and no real answer apart from software problem i have had no real update even though made several calls and been promised call back.
Has this happened to anyone before and how quickly was it resolved all i want to know is when it will be delivered as booked days holiday and now have no car and no real answers.

Unfortunately yes you’re not the only one, it has become a recurring theme.
