3 months…zero updates on my insurance excess payback. Is there anyone who can share any helpful information on this type of issue.

Can’t see this getting resolved for you unless you flag an Onto person and give an overview of what the actual issue is. Certainly no one on here can give any advice/experiences without you explaining what the problem is.
Insurance claims take a very long time as has been discussed in other threads on the forum, which you might find helpful.
As far as Iv seen from people they seem to take ages to give you your money back 3 months isn’t that long.
Good luck! It took 5 months for Onto to sort out the correct damage invoices for my insurance excess claim for I4CH. They were mis-communicating with each other and overcomplicating a simple process.
