Went to charge today on a instavolt charger but it keeps saying card disabled. Any ideas??
1 - has it worked OK before
2 - did you try Instavolt customer services (usually pretty good, and can look up from the card number to trace any issue)
3 - seems to be an occasional issue with an Instavolt RFID (I’ve had it only once, when the reader at one unit appeared to have failed - CS started it remotely, didn’t take long, and it was immediately on their radar to get fixed)
hi @Wykey79 did you manage to get this sorted out ? Normally if you give the charging supplier a call they can remote start. I will get someone to check your card from our side as well.
Found a few Instavolt charges recently with RFID issues.
A quick call to them with your card details and car reg will sort it. (if card is activated)
Always found the Instavolt team very helpful.

Nothing went back another day and it worked
I find that giving them a stern telling off……
….sometimes makes me feel better. It does s*d all to solve the problem, mind
