App data not updating

Is anyone else struggling to get the update with the correct mileage and battery level? Mines still showing data from May 4th and it’s now 16th.
Logged out and in and tried reinstalling but it doesn’t change or refresh.
All info in the Account section is correct and up to date though :man_shrugging:t3:

In my limited experience with this I think it may vary from car to car. I had a Zoe for the last couple of months which was hardly ever accurate, but I’ve had an e208 for a couple of days now and I’ve noticed the figures are much more accurate and update much quicker.

My experience, over 6 months and 2 different cars, best described as “patchy”

Occasionally, logging out and back in again to the account on the app has helped. It’s seemingly better recently for me.

@MrIan in general, do you use the app to lock/unlock or the physical key?
