App always showing zero charge

Hi, First time using and so far so good. Loving the Renault Zoe. One thing I’ve noticed though is the onto app is always showing zero charge. Does this feature only work on some cars or is there something i need to activate to see our current charge in the app for the Zoe?

The ONTO app can be a bit flaky. You may find it just suddenly appears. You could try another device and see if that makes any difference.

It’s also worth noting if you don’t already have it, you’re welcome to install the Renault app on your phone. This will allow you to see the level of charge and this should work even if the ONTO app does not.

Depending on when your Zoe was made, you can also use this app to preheat the car as an added bonus.
